TEACHER TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES WITH BENFLEET TSA
The Appleton School, in partnership with The Benfleet TSA has an excellent reputation for Teacher Training. In the last 8 years we have trained over 200 primary/secondary teachers who are now working in our local schools.
We work in partnership with TES Institute through the school direct route. The Alliance has over 40 schools in Benfleet, Rayleigh, Canvey, Basildon, Leigh on Sea, Westcliff, Hockley, Rochford, Southend, Wickford and Shoeburyness.
The following Initial Teacher Training opportunities are available starting from September 2024:

Applicants must have a relevant degree, 2:2 or above and English and Mathematics GCSE at C/4 or above. Primary also require GCSE Science.
Bursaries available for September 2024 are:
Maths , Physics , Chemistry, Computing - £28,000 (1st /PHD ,2:2,2:1 or Masters) Geography, Biology, DT Languages - £25,000 (1st /PHD ,2:2,2:1 or Masters) English, Art, Music , RE - £10,000 (1st /PHD ,2:2,2:1 or Masters)
