ParentMail is used by over 6,000 schools, nurseries and children’s clubs and is a convenient way to pay for school meals, trips, school transport, music tuition and general activities.
Registering with ParentMail is easy, an email with your ParentMail login will be sent to you by the end of June 2021. When you receive this, please just follow the instructions in the message.
Once you have registered your account will ‘be live’ allowing you to start making payments for school meals and any available activities. Payments should register within a few minutes but, may take longer due to the synchronisation of the systems used. Alternatively, cheques may be sent into school and will be entered onto the student’s account as soon as possible.
Once registered, if you have an Android or Apple smartphone, we would highly recommend you download the ParentMail App for the best user experience. To do this, simply search for “ParentMail” in your App store.
Please be assured that ParentMail is registered with the Information Commissioner and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.
